I wouldn't be surprised if 100 years from now, Internet would be available in nearly every home, just like the TV.

This is an interesting perspective, and the essay itself is pretty well-written. However, I can't imagine if the internet were to completely supersede television, that it would be a devastating economical blow, because certainly the change would be gradual. It's not likely we'll wake up one day and learn that television is now obsolete!

I'm sorry, but, how does Internet threaten TV? Do you know what most people watch on the Internet? Besides porn, TV SHOWS. Anime, etc. Most stuff people make originally for the Internet is done by amateurs.
