aw...poor jabez! but yeah...that sort of had to turn out that way. was the original version of this longer? i could swear it was...but o well it was still good. i would have liked to see a return of yuki at the end or something since he sort of dropped off the face of the world, but that would have ruined the mood. and i highly like the last scene how it is. good job!

well, she has a way with understatements. This was a pretty good chapter. It been so long since ive read it that i can't remember what happens anymore - its a good thing. for instance, id forgotten loki completely. can't wait for the next update.
