You know what I find best helps a situation like that. Telling the person! haha it worked for me! several times! haha and I was ALWAYS a shy person, but I somehow managed to jump on it. hey, I've been with my boyfriend now for a year and a half!!

Ah, not to be the bearer of awful news, but I don't think he's interested. He doesn't even mean to flirt... he's just oblivious. He did the same thing with Merissa, and I bet you can see how well that turned out. Granted, you are sweeter than Merissa, but still...

In this case, I say just stay friends. He isn't really worried about trying to have a girl right now. Let it be, because (for now, at least) he's just playing with your heart. And besides... you can do better than him. You could do better than me, apply the same to him. Besides, I know someone that likes you...
