This is really interesting and I love where it stops and starts. It could be polished, but every elementally important piece is already there and fab.

This has a marvelous scene creation and a mystical eerieness to it. I like the progression. The different stages of the scene, and the players in it. Very mysterious throughout, as it keeps the reader guessing about what is truly going on. Very well developed. I like the surreal strangeness of this. The weather and how it creates inequities in the speech and hearing is a nice touch, as it adds to the possibilities of the reader thinking is this really happenning, or is it some other realm altogether. Very well written. Marvelous scene description and buidup. Great write.

pretty intense, i lov cats. temperamental wilful animals, one minute they are purring, then next they try to gouge your eyes out. they lov u really.
