The title was very awesome too, because it makes me think of wings...why? I'm not 100% sure why, but it does. Maybe the word free makes me think of "flying free" which reminds me of wings? haha anyways. But I can really tell you've been listening to evanescense through this poem. It seems like they were the *inspiration* to you behind this poem. I just got down listening to one of her songs, and there was a line in there about "beating you at your own game" which reminds me of your 2nd line. Great poem though! I really like it!
