Wow.
Maybe it's unwise to leave reviews this far past the time when my brain no longer works but I think even on an un addled brain this would have had some effect.
Yes, the language is elegant, Yes, a lot of the time I get the feeling I've had that exact same thought before...

But what impressed me most is the ending. I'm not sure why it was powerful, maybe because that one sentence AFTER your whole ocean idea just gave me that perfect image of sitting on the beach with the waves coming up to nip at your freezing toes, salty wind blowing your hair all around your face as you squint into the distance and think in circles. ("you" is a general term since i don't know who you are).

I love this. A lot.
