It can definitely be hard to be the "giver" in a group of takers - the person who is always acting selflessly, making sure everyone else's needs are met, and who never meets their own or receives help from anyone else. While the poem could use a little revision to make the stanzas flow, the idea behind it is solid!

Hey, I had to go on for a stupid government thing...I didn't want to phone you the other night because I didn't want to bother you but I'm sorry. I've been hella depressed lately: not eating/sleeping/speaking - to anyone verbally for about s week/ causing so much physical harm that I can't even bear it...but I sorta feel the same way. Everyone has different ways of caring about people, I cared about her a lot and she just stabbed me multiple times.

If it makes you feel better I'm not going to school properly for a while but I'm still piecing myself together and attempting to hang on for people like you. Because it would hurt everyone it seems to just lose those that care. And Rose, ever since we started talking properly I've cared about you
