Aweh. That was /so sweet/. And suddenly I'm reminded that today is my friend's one year anniversary with her boyfriend. Which just makes this seem /even sweeter/. Even though I'm pretty sure if he ever did that to her (here referring to my friend Sarah and her boyfriend Mike) I would... I don't know, I'm not a very violent person, but I'd do something incredibly angry-seeming. Because I would be. Very angry. Anyway. But. I loved that. I'm kind of cooing in my head right now. And... swooning? Whatever. Very nicely written, and heartwarming to read. ^^;

Anyway, I like the quiet solemn tone that you use from the very beginning of the story. It really helps me feel Alaina's mood. So much so that by the end of the story I wanted to kiss him and hit him all at once. Nicely done.

this was AMAZING! i can't beleive how incredible this one-shot was! it's probably one of the best i've read. this is going on my favorites list.

you have really in-depth descrptiveness that drags you into the story. the beginning was catchy, and i liked the way you gradually unfolded the plot and the past events. i've seen a problem wit some authors that thy take the time to describe te characters in depth and all... that' just taking up space ad it's just BLAH. i liked how you let yur story descibe them for you. i look forward to reading more of your selections when i get a chance.

Aww, this is too sweet! A little cliched, yes, but who doesn't like a cliche? Plus the fact that I love the names you used - Landon's always been one of my favourite names for a guy, LOL. What I like about this is the emotion you portray throughout the story. You could have done with a longer flashback and how they got together... but hey, one-shots are supposed to be short and sweet. Not that mine are though... ok I'm talking crap, haha!

One thing I noted - you used 'softly' two times in the beginning. It's good to use some variety. Just something I found a little weird, but it's ok like that too :)

And I LOVE that quote! Very true. Well, great one-shot here, write some more of them and I think they'll be good too! :)
