I liked the flow of this, and the feeling behind the words. I don't know what words to describe it, but its atmospheric. I liked the imagery - especially of the chopsticks splintering crooked.

I still like it. It's pretty, and yet there's something else to it--the mood you create, I think.

You had no idea how much I enjoyed that poem! It was so quirky, with the narrator's matter-of-fact tone throughout the whole poem. And the fact that you equated splintering chopsticks with bad luck. It was overall just amazing.
