"It was just a simple butcher knife." A perfect beginning and ending. Very emotional, you could feel the emotions pouring out. I think my thoughts about butcher knifes will never be the same again.

Hey! This is nice bit of writing...very deep. Nice phrase, like you keep emphasing the word simple. Did you have the experience of cutting yourself and savouring the pain? Because the feelings are very accurate (i personally are one of those people, so i know)
