Great poem. A few things I loved:
- "brittle pearled bones" and the image of them being cradled. Such a great image there.
- "white wire wings" Not only alliteration, but assonance, too! Amazing.
- "he will gnaw her bitter dead heart" Crazy image, but it's so visual because of the word "gnaw."
And of course, "** me!" was classic. Loved it. Keep writing! :)
