you should continute this story, it feels like there should be more. I love how it feels like two worlds at once.

Wow. Are you going to continue this? Because it's really interesting. I liked the story part, very dramatic and the conversations in between, like hitting the table was put to good use. It had a childish feel to it, makes me reminisce the times i played that way too.. But the ending was a little well, weird. Maybe a little more shock at what he did? Like staring at the body then going to hysteria?

I liked this piece, its not the typical drunken father-child abuse story...and I kknow how wierd it is to say 'typical' but sadly there are a few around - both true and fictional. I like how you set up the, well, wonder of the childrens game, and the fact that they've created this mythical refuge for themselves. Written really coherently and really well. Thanks for the interesting read.
