Even the gossip helped tell the story, how Adrienne would tell someone about someone else, while still not entirely enraging the person whom it was about if they ever found out. I thought it was interesting how you explained Carlos's charater without a paragraph of descrption, but only through dialogue. Very nicely done! =D

mariakay 2008-06-30 ch 1,	abuseAnother cliche between the prep and the skater, done wonderfully well. This was a well written one shot, great descriptions for the characters. Usually descriptions are long winded multiple sentences just to describe one character, but you described the characters well. You described their characterstics within the paragraphs w/o it seeming that you were just listing out the features of characters. It made me see the characters in my mind as the story went on. Mostly what I'm trying to say is that this story flowed. The trade of secrets between questions is brillant, also the fact that Adrienne was smart to use rumors in a sense. It showed how well girls can be manipulative but at the same time truthful. Since I'm a girl, it's nice to show that even a cheerleader has different sides to her. In truth a producer of Mean Girls (the movie) once said, girls could rule the world if they wanted to. This story showed the brillance of girls. I like the ending, it was sweet and had me squealing like a pre-teen girl. amazing one shot, wonderful.
