"a saving grace this saving face..." very nice.
"wake me from this nightmare i weave and let me dream once more" heh, yes, dreams are often our escape from reality taking us to the relive the past (ah, those!), or sort out life's problems, or on excellent adventures. Sometimes they even surprise us and bring about supreme clarity. More often than not, they're simply the mind dumping the refuse that accumulates in day-to-day living and mean nothing. Those are the saddest of all. Truly, en Deuil
