| Great Waffle 2007-06-15 ch 28, anon. | abusevery interesting plot. My personal opinion on an ending would be Brutus and Cayla free Juliana and The pair escape. All the cool characters like Cayla are freed and when rian discovers Cayla's freedom, he tells her and they work as merchants to buy his sisters back. But then again, I'm optimistic. Things never happen that way, huh? Caius has to have a more intersting issue - otherwise he wouldn't be quite so prominent. . . then again, it is amature fiction. Please excuse my spelling. As it is though, the story is a fish hook. I read myself sick - literally, I spent so much time reading I got mildly ill. Purleese update soon, I really want peoples issues resolved. Come to think of it, the ending could be a tradjedy - everyone important dies. I heart tradjedy :) |

| Child's Anthem 2007-03-13 ch 28, | abuseOk, I've just got to say that I've been following this story for a while and would have left a review earlier, but I wanted to re-read it a few times before I said anything. So here goes: This is one of the best pieces of fiction I've read in a long while. Your characters are very easy to get attached to [even the mean and nasty ones!], and your plot is fun to follow along with. There is enough romance and drama woven between the words to keep readers interested, without being a trashy soap opera. There are times between Juliana and Brutus where the mush gets a little too sweet; but that's just my personal opninion. I'm pretty sure my dentist doesn't mind the extra time I've spent in her office recently getting rid of the tooth aches from the sugar over-dose. ~.^ If you're still looking for opinions for Cayla, it's got to be Caius. There's more to him then what he shows on the top, and I think that'd be good for the girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, and her emotions on her face like an open book. Although, the return of her past lover is an interesting twist. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of your wonderful story, and seeing where it's going to lead. As long as you don't plan to end it too soon... [;)] Keep up the awesome work, both of you! Ciao for now. |
