When YesterdaY comeS 2/11/07 . chapter 1I've always loved Cummings. Great job. |
Raiyune 1/17/07 . chapter 1Frankly, I never quite understood Cummings... his style or his message... Hah, well, I liked him anway. Still do. I don't really get the "hell over y" bit, but knowing French, I keep thinking it means "hell over there." I know I'm probably not exactly 'hitting the mark,' but I find my way around. Plus, poems should be open to free interpretation, right? And this may seem completely random (and it is), but if this poem were a color, it would be a deep purple I think. But that's just me and I'm a bit out there. |
Ezekiel-the-Hunted 11/5/06 . chapter 1Very good! I liked the way you separated some words into separate syllables that could be seen as words by themselves. 'real a lies a lies a lie' took me a moment to figure out, but it a blends so nicely that it makes sense. Kudos. Zeke |
the-foresight 11/5/06 . chapter 1I liked it, mainly because at the moment I am feeling the same way, that and your use of language was great. |
