I found the poem hard to relate to. I couldn't sympathise with the girl, the emotion you were trying to convey was just not powerful enough. Perhaps it's because it just sounded like sentences divided into lines with some adjectives portrayed in bold .. your feeling might be there, I couldn't find it.
