You wan't to publish? Ah, one of my dreams too. I would love to help you out but I'm sorry to say I'm a little caught up with exams at the moment and have like zilch time. I do have an idea for the story name though, it's a little typical. But you could always have something like 'City of romance' since that's how I always think of Paris in France. Or maybe you could have a french name, like... J'adore? hehe. Hmm, I'll let you know if I think of better ones.

Just keep in mind that it's harder to get your work published when it's been posted online for everyone to see for free. I think French Kissing & Not Telling is one of those names that is cute enough that no one minds that it's a mouthful. Good luck- I really hope you get published!
