This story is so bloody random, yet I'm strangely fascinated..
When you told me to check out your story, I had to. I was rather taken aback when I first started reading but I think it's good.

It's well written, no doubt. I know you're going for randomness, which is actually not turning out badly for the most part (you're keeping with the facts you, er, make up, as near as I can tell, rather than just changing everything arbitrarily. That makes it easier to follow, so good job).

Since this is a 'review,' I'm going to give some suggestions, though they're just suggestions, keep in mind.
I would suggest trying to avoid using inside jokes, because they (obviously) usually make absolutely no sense at all - the rest of the story, while random, is still cohesive.
Oh, I said 'some suggestions,' implying more than one, but that's about all I can think of right now.

It feels kind of like The Wizard of Oz on an acid trip, y'know?
Is Clarence on an acid trip?
Is he trippin', dawg?
Holmes?

Yeah anyways, I've added this as a favourite story - actually, I'm pretty sure this is the first story I've added - and I'm going to keep reading it. Good job!

I havent written anything in almost a year but I assure you that my writing has become more polished and not at all Polish (unfortunately). I like your story because I have a fixation with hats (And belts)you should add some belts to your story. And though I have no intention of polishing up my previous stories and chapters I will try to make my new material very Polish (haha) indeed. and I may even improve my puntuation though I am not a huge fan of it.

Anyways good story and I will try to remember to read the rest some other time when Im not so tired.

Yay, an update! =) ... Gah. I have to go write my language arts essay now. Too bad you guys didn't write this sooner or I'dve done my presentation on Hatapalooza... it's got about as much plot as the book I'm doing instead, and it's a lot more fun to read!

OhMyGosh! I love it.
It's so funny the way you put random, humourous things into the story, but they don't sound over-random or anything, it's like they're just made to be there! Like the gnome turning into a bagel and the marshmallows and ballpoint pens, not to mention the chicken!
And the woodchucks. Never insult the woodchucks...they'll get...angry...ROFL!
And the names too - Hayuthere and Hayuthere the third are my faves. :) Great job.

What a weird collection of random people! Very funny story, with all the different kinds of hats and the crazy costumes. The weird fight thingy made me laugh too.
