I love the rhyming scheme for the first 2 verses, but you seemed to change it completley in the last verse. I would suggust switching the words in the last verse so that it is the same rhyming scheme, but be careful not to loose the meaning.

Wow, that's really sweet. I like the message it portrays, about a new beginning.

I absolutely love the first stanza and I think the message of the poem was incredible. A chance to start over. And the beautiful hope that new things will come. I think you express that well, I really like it.
