crazy dog events 2006-11-12 ch 1,	abuseI think, if this were visual art, a film or painting, it would be a kind of sensory overload, and it carries into print. It feels too stuffed, too crowded. Some of the imagery is really nice, but in a way it's just like there is way too much of it. So many references to visual things- blankness, colours or the lack thereof- that they kind of overshadow the idea of the poem.
