i love the book they got... and the fact that they're gathering... but i think you should write more about why they're gathering... build a sense of forboding or something... anyway that's just what i thnk... it's your story so write it the way you want to...

So Ashes is Atrum's sister? didn't she go by the name Levis? or is this a different girl. Did he just tell the story using his children's names? is Ashes his actual daughter, or adopted?

Good story so far, but did you know the true meaning of Anima? Its a term in Jungian psychology that means 'female within a male', and in normal terms, the inner, unconcious part of a man that is a woman. I'm not sure if that was what you were looking for, I'm merely pointing it out.
