Another work that most people can relate to. We are not always what we were, and we won't always be the same. People change, because "My present is not my past". (Great line!)

This is a very good poem. keep up the good work.

I simply love the line, "Who I am isn't who I've been. My present is not my past." It's so true. People may be shaped by what they have done but they also can do a bad deed and turn a 180 and do a good deed. And the present/past- I love how I can think of so many times people have put me down because of a mistake I've made in the past and think it will be the same now.
