I can't find anything to sympathize with about the character; she seems solely defined by her attributes rather than her personality, and therefore I can't connect with her besides a vague sense of "Look at the girl with the curse travel". If you want to leave an impact, you need to keep the humanity in the fantasy. Don't abandon the actual personalities of your characters for their purpose in the plot; who they are should always be more important than what they are or what curses they have. |
