Well I just read your profile and Iris hates his brother? I haven't seen any indication of that yet, maybe I'm getting too far ahead of myself but thought I'd point something out. But anyways that was a sad/cute chapter. Sad because Andy is sad and cute because they like and or love each other?
I figured something out though! In the song I originally thought the words that you can't immediatly understand were in a different language so I didn't bother with them but they are backwards! Geeze I give up trying to sound normal. I'm very far from that.

Iris is a dick. And yet not at the same time? And the way you described just about everything in this chapter actually amazed me. It was a poem within a chapter of a story and thus made me happy.

aww that's cute, and I like how you used a "forbidden fruit" even though (but I could be wrong) you had no intentions of tying it to any biblical account it was still interesting. (and I swear I'm not overly religious in fact I'm extremely far from that but I like how you tie a forbidden fruit with a child?)

I remember this, but I don't see it in your stories. The only thing I would point out is that in parts it's saturated in detail to the point of distraction, but otherwise it is quite nice. I like the concubines.
