number564182 2007-09-03 ch 9,	abuseGreat chapter! i was totally surprised by Ryn blackmailing Crispin * ducks and covers * ( dont be mad at me for calling you Crispin) but i got this reaaly fuzzy feeling when he forgave her and, i am not embarrased to admit it, but i kinda got up and started jumping up and down when he admitted, or didnt admit but knows he wants to, how much he likes her. Damn Stidman for taking the first kiss, he is kinda i get what i want when i want, and although i am mad that Ryn gave into his sexines, i am also glad that hes back, and she did make me proud of her for slapping him. i was thinking about the age thing, and cris has been in high school for a while, i mean at what point does a student give up and just drop out, or actually start trying, cause the repetition of the same classes has got to get tiresome. i cant wait to see pat and all of ryns other friends, i am kinda hoping they're there during the sunday hour-and-a-half-thingy-mrs.-rejolio-is-making-them-do, and then Cris will get all jealous cause he thinks Pat is Ryns boyfriend. -eagerly awaiting the next chapter 564183 p.s. i send virtual Cheese Its by the bushel, by the barrel, by the ton. enjoy. elisefey 2007-08-31 ch 9,	abuseUmm, about the menu thing... I honestly didn’t notice because I wasn’t looking at the drop-down menu… Sorry! I like how this chapter shows Cris starting to fall for Ryn. XD The fact that it's so gradual makes him more sympathetic and believable. [That incident led to equally mortifying ones.] - It’s so telling of his character that he finds it embarrassing. I love that detail. So, yay! Mr Stidman's back! I was seriously planning on asking where he’d disappeared to in the story but now he’s here and I don’t have to ask. That was perfectly timed. If he hadn't shown up again just now this review would've featured a paragraph on his mysterious disappearance. [However, he reached up and gently grabbed my wrist to lead me back onto him.] - Holy friggin crap! [I could only nod my head barely, though the mental alarms, red flags, and sirens were going off and waving and sounding like mad.] - No kidding. He is a bad, bad man. Which, I suppose makes me even more bad for enjoying this scene as much as I am… [“This isn’t… we aren’t, shouldn’t… Bad.”] - LOL! Okay, the "pervert" accusation struck me as a slightly out of place seeing as Ryn was fairly participatory in the beginning of this little escapade and he didn't blatantly try to look up her skirt (not in a literal way, though figuratively one could say that was his ultimate goal). But anyway, he seems more like a male ** than a pervert. Of course, I don't know that that reflects any better on him... ;) Well, I think you're still doing a good job of keeping Ryn and Cris' voices distinct from one another. Voices are always hard, especially when switching between genders. I think that’s why in a lot of stories authors only really manage to make the characters of one gender have believable voices. It’s weird but true. Anyway, you're doing a good job here. :)

I'm also really enjoying how different the narratives are when you switch perspectives. Crispin is nowhere near the kind of flightiness that Ryn displays; it's great. Anyway... I look forward to the next post!
