Really like it so far - it's simple, and lovely because of it. I love both Seth and Monroe, and they aren't perfect, which makes all the better.

Monroe seems to let many people walk all over him, including Seth. From what I see, Seth essentially lied to him, and used him for rent, then expected further favours from him. I find myself getting annoyed at him on Monroe's behalf. I wonder where you'll take this... Monroe's a bit of a doormat and, in spite of his love, Seth seems to take advantage of it.
