haha...not something you expect to find on a site like this. it was well written, informative, and (to me) interesting. but (and there is always a big but), i have to ask...why did you use that as your opening paragraph. please tell me it was required for an assignment of some sort.

i wouldnt recommend doing what you did with the whole "in this paper..." thing. generally turns most people off from an essay. if it isnt required, please avoid it, and most intelligent readers will determine the purpose of the essay all on their own.

That was actually a really enjoyable and informative read. I'm not a sciency person myself, but I found this really interesting.

I'm not a big fan of artificial sweeteners, that bitter, metallic aftertaste gets me every time. However, your essay shed some light on the whole subject for me, although I think I'll just stick with the teeth-rotting original :)
