Weird...I never got the alert for this chapter. Oh well, probably just a glitch. Anyway, I never expected Nevia gaining the ability to turn into a mermaid! Cool. ^_^ I was wondering if and how Mason would find out about this and I have to say...poor Mason. I feel sorrier for him than Nevia. ^_^' No wonder he was hoping he was drunk...and frankly I don't blame him. Keep it up!

Poor Nevia; just wants to go on a vacation and she gets caught up in all of this. Salil's pic really does suit his personality! :) He's a cool guy ^_^

I love the elemental spirit usage in this; you took a common fantasy idea, put your own twist on it, and it became a catchy original idea! I LOVE IT!! :D It makes me wonder what will happen when the spirits finally get together: will they become a strong 'ultimate being', get trapped in their human vessel, or something else completely unexcepted?! I'm getting excited just thinking about it! You really got me hooked with this story, ID! Keep it up!

This is different all right :D
I like the switch from 1st person Nevia POV to 3rd person that pops up in this chapter. Mason's a pretty cool character, although I've never seen 'Dead Like Me' so I can't really be the judge of that ^_^'
If you don't have to delete the story, I'm really looking forward to seeing how it turns out!
