i suck. i truly, truly suck. i've known that these 2 chaps and ur other stuff has bn out for a while but i've not had time to read any of it. even though i've just had reading week!

well, i've read it now. can i just say first how much i LOVE chap 27?! i'm not sure why, i just love the tone of it, i think. just really, really, enjoyed it.

chap 28 not what i was expecting! i assume u've gone with the grey-not-really-a-traitor-and-gonna-work-with-md-to-save-everyone angle? and that's really too many hyphons, isn't it?

i've always really liked this story, but now i really really want to know what happens! completely and utterly hooked! i do think this is the best section of the story so far.

anyway, i'd better go and read the other stuff i hv alerts for!

Alright, next chapter can you explain how she came to even be willing to side with riders? I thought that she hated them? I gues that guy might change her fealing but that doesn't explain everything.

Hmm...I had wondered where you were going to go with this. I have to say it was rather unexpected! It's amazing that you seem to be making up the story on the spot; I simply do not possess such a skill!

I liked how you gave a little more of her character by including the memories of the guilt she felt. It makes her seem far more human now! I wonder now what will happen to the others...I want them to still be a part of the story and, as hopeless as it may seem, I want them to reconciliate and be friends again! Yes, cheesy, but I liked their cute moments!

Great chapter, nice twists. Can't wait til the next update!

Awesome chapter! Loved the detail, the descriptions of the caves and towers and stuff. The gates were good too, and as always the main character is cool. As for Grey...I didn't see that coming!

nah, not really. i admit i did laugh out loud though when it was revealed. my roommate looked at me like i was crazy! which, maybe, i am. just a little bit. v little. and i sound way too bouncy in this review! prob all the lack of sleep.

anyhoo... love lots of little bits in this. the bit about 'pasha and i go way back'...oo, tell me more! i want to know the whole 'another story'!

on a more serious note (gasp! can u believe it?!) - i like cyra's comments about the similarities in the cities. like they're not 'civilised v barbarian' necessarily after all. we could b them, they could b us, we're all human really and all that schmuck. if i wasn't completely insane at the mo im sure i could make some really scientificy comment about it all. im sure u know what i mean.

you know, this line: 'The same mind which had bore witness to dozens of battles, the murder of innocent people, the massacre of my entire village' really made me want to know more about the period u skipped over. flashbacks? offshoot story? maybe another characters perspective? not that i want to distract u from this story!

sigh! i hv to admit, grey did still seem caring to md in this chapter, giving her the cloak when she was cold an all.

i do apologise. i really have gone slightly mad in this review. but i can't seem to stop! possibly the build up of having done absolutely NOTHING this weekend. lots of left over energy. i should go to sleep now. maybe i'll wake up all normal? hmm...

Let me start on this review for first congratulating you on something you have really done all along, but I just realized: you have created a world and a LANGUAGE! that is completely original. I can't say I've ever done that! I want to create my own language, but it is difficult...so therefore I commend you!

You have wonderful, WONDERFUL descriptions! Again, something I need to work on and thus makes me jealous of you!

Oh. crap. Very nice betrayal. Wait, did I just say 'nice'? Well, it's a great plot devise! What awesome twists you throw in! I have to say that this chapter was excellent, despite some spelling and grammar mistakes. Keep 'em coming! And don't feel bad for not updating so frequently...you're updating faster than I am, that's for sure! If that's any consolation... Until the next amazing chapter!

Hi! Glad to see an update! So far, the chapter's awesome! It's funny picturing Tomas and Sapphire snorting...haha! I did catch a grammar mistake; I don't know if you want to know what it is, but if so here: "he had a black beard had grown bushier" when describing Pasha. And I think these are just minor things, but here they are anyway: “I’m not going to waste good money those odds.” Pasha, in his traditional morning-after, grunted." I'm not sure about the Pasha line...it just seemed kind of funky but you just left out the word 'on' in the previous sentence.

The morbidity of Cyra was rather amusing! Oh, they just drown their kids. Isn't that great? I LOVE all the banter in this chapter! The way you make the characters react to each other is wonderful! I LOVE IT!! Great job!

A bit of flirting there...well, good to see this is getting underway. Keep it up!
