Wow. That was really well written! It was realistic and unfortunately, somewhat familiar for me. I think this needs to go on my faves list for sure. You wrote this in an almost magical way. I was reading and then realized I actually had some work to do, so what did I do? I blew off what I was supposed to be doing because I had to finish this. It was absolutely compelling. I'll look at your other works some other time, but I have a feeling I won't be disappointed!

I tried to keep it a little simpler because if I'd gotten into too much history or description, I'd have to make stuff up or stumble over filler words and I definitely didn't want to do that.
