i readd your story, and it's areally intriguing idea. your style is a little odd to me though. i think you're trying to be understated in your descriptions, but it comes off as more blank and empty. i don'r teally know how to express it better than that, sorry.

short beginning, and Michael looks a lot like Harry Potter.

try to stay away from cliche images and add more detail to the narration!

oh, and why dont you go ahead and read chapter 2,3,4 and 5 of my novel Automutilation? I promise it gets more intense as you read.
