grip 2007-03-21 . chapter 1I thought that it'd be best to explain to you why your opinion on
God is wrong by writing to you in this review. Hope it helps. You sound like the kind of person that a short/shallow explanation of what God is would convert you back to believin in the big guy in the sky. |
X.xPrincess.Midnightx.X 2007-02-16 . chapter 1Hey, I've had these doubts a lot before, in the past. I, for one, believe in God but that doesn't mean I think you don't have a right to not. This poem brought on a little sadness in me, because I don't know many people who don't believe in God. I kinda hate myself for thinking that I can only write a sensibly long review with a debatible subject, and most of this is just me ranting, so I'll stop. I think of this poem as most of the questions I used to ask in my head and maybe some I still have. Good use of words when writing about a topic most would have just planly put out there, since it's so very common. Great work. |
Nemonus 2006-12-17 . chapter 1Nice, realistic emotions conveyed here. The words and rhythm are ok--they move well with tumultousness. Dare I critique the life? (My usual territory is Fantasy.) It's easy to believe when you have "signs" blazing in the backyard. Look rather for a quiet thought. God's not like Santa Claus (for children, granting everything you want.) but He will manifest when prayer is heartfelt. |
jesus_pleaser 2006-12-13 . chapter 1 Hello? It's God...frey. But if I was God... I would strike you down with my lightning bolt of doom. Now go get laid. After all, it's what the good people do! |
Needa S 2006-12-11 . chapter 1I have a question for ya...How do you know there is a wind? Think about it, you can't see it. In other words the only way you know it exist is because you can feel it. So it doesn't take a miracle for me to believe God exist. I can feel Him as well. Good job putting your piece together. |
Alicia Wood 2006-12-10 . chapter 1This is very honest and realistic. The great thing is, God's existence can be seen and known, and it doesn't take burning bushes or thunderous voices. |
