I love what you have written so far. If I had any suggestions I would have to say developing Garrett's character a bit better through his own thoughts would be helpful. Also, the skipping of all rides and several weeks is a bit choppy. Otherwise, wonderful story. The part you added about Lynn's past was very helpful in her character development. Some forshadowing about her being a magic user would be interesting as well. Again, wonderful story.
