Reviews For: An Insider's View of Anxiety
lahunnybee 2009-09-29 . chapter 1
I'm thinking this is many thoughts you're having during an anxiety attack. I know my mind races really fast during an attack. Several things are going through my mind, and everything seems urgent. That's what it was like reading this too. I liked it.

You mean a bit like this? (see title - Massive Panic Attack - Leyman)

Was that it? Was that the attack? The build up to it?
I do find that anxieties of this kind can serve as a drive to make strange notes on one's surroundings, only what can a person really say of the attack in the attack?

this was quite good. while i'm not absolute that it was anything but a sort of online journal (kept only for a brief period). interesting look at it.

however, the end seemed a little choppy. just didnt fit the rest. perhaps talk about the cessation of spinning motions of the rolly desk chair and the refocusing on the keyboard. i dont know. something to just put it back into the whole "in my head" perspective.
