Reviews For: How Can This Be True?
Astronomical Comet 2007-02-14 . chapter 1
While reading this, I thought about why people write poetry. I dont think of that often, but I have no clue why I thought about it here. I guess im just wierd that way. Oh I like this peom very good!
Catcher in the Rye 2007-02-04 . chapter 1
That was really deep and I wonder if you really feel this way. I knew and felt the exact emotion that you were putting in this and I thought it was amazing, yet very sad that you don't believe and I hope you do someday because honestly you won't feel so heavy...if that even makes sense. OKay, Im gonna shut up now. haha. Good job!
Ajariel the Bloody 2007-01-09 . chapter 1
Nah, nah, nah. No deities. But good piece of work nonetheless.
Jarlaxe 2007-01-04 . chapter 1
Ya I guess your right, but still, did you not just right about almost the exact same thing?
Manu Vaanikia 2007-01-04 . chapter 1
Thanks for your review on "Anything Distant"!
I just read your song, and I like the rythme you've set it out.

Midnight Roamer 2006-12-22 . chapter 1
Don't worry. One day He will show himself to you.
ChildeOfChaos 2006-12-19 . chapter 1
I've asked myself these same things so many times! I don't come from a particularly religious family but when I was a kid I went to sunday school and sat through church but its always been very difficult for me to wrap my head around a lot of the stuff I was being taught. I don't know what I believe sometimes, so I get where you're coming from. For me, surrounded by friends that are devout Christians, it can be really confusing. Great poem, I can really relate!
Invizible 2006-12-18 . chapter 1
It's NOT easy for everyone to believe. Heck, I was raised in a very strict Christian home, and I sometimes used to wonder if it was all this made up lie to make people feel better. But now I feel that God has proved to me (in more ways than one) that He is indeed there.
I'm not trying to shove it down your throat or anything, though.
Anyways, its a nice poem. A lot of people wonder the same thing - when it comes down to it, I guess it's just between them and God
Lacrymosa 2006-12-18 . chapter 1
Hey man. Its been a long time since i last reviewed you. This, is beautiful. I went through the same struggle. My heart became tough and bitter but i went on a church trip and got the greatest gift of all. Redemption. I know you aren't ready for that but in my personal opinion, the Holy Spirit is working on you. I still feel as if i'm lying to myself when i say 'God is real' and 'Jesus died for my sins'. I'm sorry for rambling on. I wish you the best of luck in life, and I hope you can find a publisher.
Ashelin 2006-12-16 . chapter 1
Wow, I don't know, for me, it has always been how can't there be a God? I mean, just by looking at everything, the complexity. I don't know. I mean, I can't explain it. It is like I just know inside me that He is there. Sorry, you probably didn't want to hear me go on about it. Great poem by the way. It is good to have questions. Even when they sometimes don't have answers. Oh, and thanks for the review.

Black and White Dreams 2006-12-16 . chapter 1
It's not as easy as it seems for everyone else. I've had a lot of the same questions. Someone I know said once that they think someone made God up to have someoe to blame all their problems on. But, yeah religion is really confusing...
