Heh, this brings me back... Leaving that level of school is a scary couple of steps, but now that I'm in college, I've discovered I'm still having a blast (more freedom, albeit, more responsibility too). However, my graduation from here is sneaking up on me, just around the corner in less than two years...

I really liked the parallelism you displayed between stanzas and the moods throughout the poem. It's a good read.
