I just read every story in your collection, and I have to say, m'dear, they are fantastic.

I chose to review this piece because there are so many ways to look at it. You could see it to be as it is written - erotic in the darkest kind of way, essentially S/M in poetry; or on an emotional level, which makes everything into a metaphor for something metaphysical; even, I suppose, in a religious light, probably because of the lines "my lord, my saviour, my everything". I like it a lot.

Ooh, sacrilegious. There is some gorgeous, gorgeous language and imagery in here. It feels like such a long time since I've read something with this much to decipher and think about. I love it, and for that it is a favourite. It's beautiful in an unholy way.

Well this is interesting. I think it's alluring because it's not your normal, tame, love poem.
