I was quite impressed with the development of your narrator and his progressive view towards the guitar. However, the attacks of the guitar seem a little overdone; you might try using just one memorable one to greater effect. The narrator's rant on the Dire Core Avengers is also a little longer than is necessary for the story. Interesting idea told in an equally interesting way.

By the way, you may want to clarify the summary.
