abuseI think this is a very good peice. I wonder how much percicution women [pregnant or otherwise] had to endure in that era? You show Mary was a strong willed character, that is a good thing.

abuseThank you. I was going to write something based on the five joyful mysteries of the Rosary and post it for something to reflect on whilst I pray (I get distracted), but this is really good. It is interesting to think about Mary. She had to have been, as the angel said, "full of grace". She must have been extraordinary in strength and faith.

abuseI agree completely. We have actually been talking about Mary at my church recently and how she went through all that you described. Also, we have discussed how the Bible always says, "And Mary pondered these things in her heart," or "Mary treasured these thing."
Very nice job. I enjoyed it.

abuseHey, It's Gryph from YW101...

Wow...

This was beautiful. I'm Catholic, but you know, I've never really thought this deeply about Mary, about what her personal thoughts might have been. It was just sort of a, "Hey, Mary's the virgin mother of God, okay..." But you never really think about how young she was, or how much disgrace she could have be subjected to...

Can I print this up and give this to some friends of mine? I'll keep your name on it...

Wonderful, wonderful job...

abuseI'm an estranged Catholic, but this poem really strengthened my respect and admiration for Mary.
