I love the Princess Bride too. And this is very well done, not a lot of explanation, but we get a good feel of teh couple and their history from the conversation that they have. Love it.

I do indeed love the Princess Bride, although the book was a disappointment. I ended up hating the author and his stupid pretentious notes. And I also love this ficlet, for all that I kept getting the two of them a bit confusled... Anyway. It's a very fun novelty to see a slashfic where both the main characters are mature, have come to terms with their relationship, and their families have too. A very pleasant cahnge of pace from my normal angst o' doom!

Slashing commercials? I think I love you. Great story by the way, very well written characterization. I loved it.

That was so great! I love their banter and The Princess Bride. Oh and if you ever do more with these two or expand I would definitely read!
