Who sent the messages? Who is the girl in black? Why does she need him? What happened when he missed the turn? Why does he do what the messages asked? What happens after he blacks out?

whoa, this just drew me in. The description is so fantastic it made my skin crawl. Your writing really allows the reader to see through the characters eyes.
