Ooh. I really like this; it made me smile. Its a very good rhyme scheme, actually, and is very uplifting. Something that most poems lack. Actually, that could just be me. I kind of get a sense of hope that, hey, maybe I shouldn't lose all faith in humanity. There's got to be some people out there who care enough to save a city or something similar. So yeah, now that I've written an essay of philosophical wonderings caused by your poem, I should probably stop soon. I really did like it. It's getting harder and harder to find good poetry these days. (sighsigh). MmKay, keep writing!
