Blood, bad mental images, details, all add up to something like humor.

I can honestly say I've never wondered what it would be like, but, for the record, you've portrayed it grotesquely (which, in this case, would be a compliment). I love how you overload the reader with imagery, toeing the line of decadence until it's almost a sensory addiction, and the last line seems hollow, and you almost want to feel the sensations, just to know if the metaphors were true.
