the imagery in this paints the right picture.
and i like how it seems as though all people are the same man, the same you. not that they really are, but that they may as well be, on that winter ice.
(ps i also like how you didn't say why specifically the falls went, though it's probably just too cold for them you're left to guess and then you say the man knows. the man knows and he says why just as well as anyone could who can't see that space.

Oh, strange poem. It's like some sort of awakening while on a winter walk. Interesting. Though you used only minimal description, you still manage to paint a clear picture. Very nice. Keep writing! :)
