this makes me happy because i love days like this (although things like this usually only happen to me on saturdays). this also reminds me of sleepovers in general. and the pancake thing reminds me that we need to have that cooking day. yes!

i like this poem, and how you repeated the lines in parentheses at the end of each stanza. usually i murder people (with words) for not having enough images in poems, but this poem really flows. "to kiss goodbye the frozen glass" and "homemade happiness" were my favorite lines.
