kaylajac 2007-02-25 . chapter 1i'm not going to say it makes much sense to me [i was warned] but that makes it seem terribly fascinating. i like the tarot cards theme- you pulled it off well. |
Chemically Induced 2007-02-07 . chapter 1yeah i dont know your allusion material, so thanks for those footnotes. :) i promise onw day ill know them all. this poem is wonderful. seriously, it sounds like a spindown to some stromwild personal conclusion. like you said: it makes little sense, except to me. but! i can still enjoy the sound work and the attractive motion within. amazing. you are better than me. :)

the naked civil servant 2007-01-31 . chapter 1Rimbaud is God.
On another note, this is most pleasing. I cannot pretend I understand all its nuances, but the footnotes were most informative (congratulations, by the way, this is the first poem I have ever seen with footnotes - you're such an intellectual :p).
I like the breakdown of coherance at the end, sounds most deranged, you know? & of course anything to do with Tarot just rules.
Favourite line :
and you have become the cold
creeping under my clothes
while i am burning
up here on this deck.

Cum grano saltis. 2007-01-23 . chapter 1You are right, it is kind of confusing, but I really like it, it somehow speaks to me. well done. |
TrunkZy 2007-01-23 . chapter 1oh god. the title. the title is fucking brilliant.
"and you have become the cold
creeping under my clothes
while i am burning
up here on this deck." This is divine.
The Pierre Brunel quote is fucking awesome. I must read Rimbaud!
The buildup is brilliant. Really beautiful. |
