I like this so far, and really hope that you will continue - especially as this chapter ends on such a cliffie! Eek I think I would feel really vulnerable in this situation too - especially with the dark coming on AND a storm. Not fun! So I wonder what the thing stalking her is! I really liked the part about the sun smiling vindictively - great imagery! Just found a part where you missed out an apostrophe 'My mothers warning echoed in my head', but very very good quality of writing, and you've done a really nice job so far! |
