I love it! The story is so sweet and cute - now to find a real-life James :)

I like that Kat's luck has turned around, but I'm leery of her rushing into things with James. It seems like she's just using him, while he comes off as a bit more genuine.

I like that Kat's voice comes through very vividly. A lot of writers use first person point of view, but they don't take advantage of it and make the character's voice stand out. Kat's does. Unfortunately, first person has its limitations and I think it would have been better to keep only Kat's POV and fleshed out her relationship with Christian a bit more. Otherwise, it's an engaging story. Kudos.

P.S: I was a little confused at this part where you said that Andy hugs her sister every night before bed since he was young. But you also mentioned that they weren't close before their father left them.

hey, i read this story a few days ago so im having trouble remembering what i actually wanted to comment about ==;; but i'll try my best. i think this story was okay and although you dealt with some heavy stuff (like the abuse thing) i think you executed it quite lightly. i think the whole selective amnesia/christian thing ended a little vaguely coz it seemed hard to believe that it was all over, just like that. but this story was still enjoyable, so thanks !
