By far, though my favorite lines are "I carved this island/from rocky, supine memories", just because supine is a gorgeous word, and there's so much imagery and potential in those eight words- that's the beauty of joria, though, isn't it? That with sixteen words, you capture more than most pieces ever could, but you leave so much to personal interpretation...it makes for a wonderful paradox. bella |
